SALMON DIP 
3 cups skinless and boneless flaked salmon
3 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 pint dairy sour cream
1 purple onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
1 jalapeno, diced
1 cup diced green onion
1 lime, juiced
2 sprigs cilantro, diced

In a bowl, soften cream cheese and mix all ingredients together. Cover with Saran or plastic wrap and keep chilled in refrigerator until use.
