CHICKEN SALAD WITH DILL 
2 tbsp. water chestnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dill weed

Cook chicken until tender. Chunk or shred chicken. Add water chestnuts, onion and dill weed. Stir in sour cream and mayonnaise. If it is not moist enough, add more mayonnaise. Light sour cream and mayonnaise may be substituted.
