2 lbs. boneless & skinless chicken 1 egg 1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. oil Cut chicken into cubes or strips. Mix egg well. Dip chicken in egg then in bread crumbs. Put oil in frying pan. Cook on low heat until golden brown. |
