LEMON LOAF 
1 pkg. lemon gelatin powder
1 c. boiling water
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 lg. (19 oz.) cake mix, white or lemon
1 c. icing sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice

Dissolve in water and let stand until cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs, salt and oil. Add lemon gelatin and mix. Add cake mix. Beat 4 minutes. Bake in 2 loaf pans 45 minutes at 350 degrees. While still warm, pour icing sugar, lemon juice mix over loaf.
