PEPPERONI BREAD 
Frozen dough (4 loaves)
2 lbs. sliced pepperoni
2 lbs. sliced Provolone cheese
2 eggs
Butter

Thaw dough and prepare as in directions. Roll out dough on floured surface. Brush on egg. Layer pepperoni, then a layer of Provolone cheese. Roll up like a jelly roll. Brush butter on top lightly. Bake on cookie sheet according to directions on dough package. Remember, dough will expand. I recommend 1 loaf per cookie sheet. Serve warm.
