BEA'S SOUP 
2 lg. baking potatoes, baked, peel & chop into sm. cubes
3 c. water
1 block butter
1 chopped onion, lg.
1/2 c. parsley
1/2 green pepper, lg., chopped
1 can evaporated milk
1 can whole kernel corn
3 or 4 chicken bouillon cubes

Mix all ingredients and simmer until vegetables are cooked to very soft consistency. Serve with garlic bread and salad.
