SISTER BEA'S OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 qts. popcorn

Combine sugar, butter, syrup and salt. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in baking soda. Pour immediately over corn in large roasting pan. Bake in slow oven at 250 degrees for 1 HOUR, STIRRING every 15 minutes. Cool. Store in tightly covered container. Good luck.
