OVEN BUTTER CORN STICKS | |
4 tbsp. butter 2 c. Bisquick 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn Melt butter in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. In mixing bowl, combine biscuit mix and corn. Stir until soft dough is formed. Knead 15 strokes on floured board. Roll out to 6x10 inch rectangle. Cut into 1x3 inch strips; roll in melted butter in pan and arrange in single layer. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 20 sticks. |
