BEST BANANA BREAD GRAM EVER MADE 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 or 3 smashed rotten bananas
3 tbsp. sour milk or water
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
Pinch of salt

Gloop together as written. Plop the mush in a greased loaf pan. Send it into a 300 degree oven for an hour. A little longer if you used a lot of rotten bananas. If you wrap it in plastic and let it sit for a day or two, it gets real moist.
