BEST CONGEALED SALAD 
2 lg. pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. cottage cheese
1 sm. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix Jello in pineapple juice. Use 1 cup less liquid than for making regular Jello. Chill Jello until starting to set stage. Then fold in cottage cheese, pineapple, celery and nuts. Refrigerate until firm. Approximately 4 hours.
