CONGEALED BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 sm. box orange or lime gelatin
1/2 c. pineapple, undrained
2 pkgs. whipped topping
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat gelatin and pineapple, just until gelatin is dissolved - do not boil. Allow to cool. Prepare whipped topping according to directions on box and add buttermilk, gelatin mixture, and nuts, mixing until well blended. Refrigerate and serve.
