CRAB BAKE 
17-18 oz. frozen crab meat, thawed
4 slices toasted white bread, crumbled
5 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops of Tabasco
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs

Drain crab meat thoroughly, cut into smaller pieces; mix with crumbled bread and combine 4 tablespoons of the butter, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Mix with crab meat, add enough cream to make a soft mixture.

Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine dry bread crumbs and remaining 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
