PERFECTION SALAD | |
2 env. Knox gelatin 1/2 c. cold water 1/2 c. mild vinegar 1 pt. boiling water 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 3 1/4 cups: celery, crushed pineapple, banana and pimiento. (About 3 stalks celery, 2 bananas, one 8 ounce can pineapple, very small can pimientos). Soak the gelatin in cold water five minutes. Add sugar, salt, boiling water and vinegar. Place the gelatin mixture in refrigerator until it is almost set. Add the 3/1 2 cups mixed fruit and vegetables. Return to refrigerator and let set. |
