SQUASH PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 c. squash
1 c. milk or Half & Half
Pie crust, 8 or 9 inch
1 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. vegetable oil
2 or 3 tbsp. water

Mix eggs, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and ginger. Add squash, milk or Half & Half. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes. Insert knife in center, if it comes out clean, it's done. Tastes like a pumpkin pie.
