STEPHENSON'S APPLE FARM - KANSAS
CITY - FROZEN FRUIT SALAD
 
3 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. whipping cream
5 or 6 lg. marshmallows, cut up
1/4 c. drained mandarin orange slices
1 lb. can fruit cocktail, drained
2 tbsp. chopped maraschino cherries
1 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Blend cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Beat egg whites until foamy. Beat in sugar 1 tablespoon at a time until stiff peaks form.

Beat cream until stiff. Fold cream into egg whites. Fold into cheese mixture. Fold in rest of ingredients. Pour into 8 inch square pan. Freeze. Serves 6 to 8.
