FRENCH VANILLA ICE CREAM 
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 pts. whipping cream
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 tsp. vanilla flavor
6 tbsp. sifted flour

Scald milk. Add sugar, salt, and flour to scalded milk; cook on low heat, stirring for 10 minutes. Add eggs and cook on low heat, stirring for 1 minute. Refrigerate overnight. Add vanilla and whipping cream to mixture and churn until very thick.
