COCONUT SUPREME CAKE 
1 white or yellow Pillsbury Plus cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. coconut, divided
8 oz. Cool Whip

Make cake mix as directed on package; put in 9 x 13 pan. Let cake cool for 15 minutes. Mix milk and sugar; boil mixture for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup coconut.

Poke holes all over the cake with a fork. Pour milk mixture all over cake; carefully spread coconut evenly over cake.

FROSTING: Mix Cool Whip and 1/2 cup coconut. Spread on top of cake. Sprinkle 1 cup coconut on top of frosting. Cover and refrigerate.
