KATHLEEN'S AUNT ESTHERS' JELLO
SALAD
 
3 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry Jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pineapple juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (pureed in blender)
1 pt. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in 3 cups hot water. Add 1 cup cold water and 1 cup pineapple juice. Let set a little. Add pureed strawberries and pineapple. Put half of mixture in mold and let set. When set, spread with layer of sour cream. Cover with remaining Jello. Chill and let set until firm.
