ALMONDS AND PINE NUT BARS | |
1 lb. almond paste 1 lb. sugar 1 lb. butter 8 eggs 8 oz. cake flour Mix almond paste and sugar until smooth. Add butter. Mix well. Add eggs that are well beaten, light, mix well and pour into a large baking sheet cake pan that is well greased and floured. Sprinkle generously with pine nuts. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. |
