PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
2 1/4 c. flour
2 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips

Mix flour, brown sugar, peanut butter and butter in a large bowl at low speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumbs for topping. Combine baking powder, baking soda, milk, vanilla and eggs; mix at low speed until moist. Combine milk mixture and crumbs (except reserve cup) and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour batter into greased pan. Sprinkle top with reserved crumbs and chocolate chips. Pat chips down so they don't fall off. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
