PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
2 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon
1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
1/2 c. softened butter
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk

Mix cake flour, cinnamon, brown sugar; add other ingredients. Beat well with mixer. Using two 9 inch cake pans, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.

FROSTING FOR PEANUT BUTTER CAKE:

1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. honey
3 or 4 tbsp. milk

Mix well and spread on cake.
