MORNING MUFFINS 
2 English muffins, split and toasted
4 slices Canadian bacon
4 slices ripe tomato
4 slices American, Cheddar or Swiss cheese
2 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled

Place muffin halves, cut side up on a cookie sheet. Top each with a slice of Canadian bacon, tomato and cheese. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 10 minutes or microwave at medium power 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Per serving 210 calories, 13.9 gm protein, 10 gm fat, 15.8 gm carbohydrate, 1020 mg. sodium.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
