2 English muffins, split and toasted 4 slices Canadian bacon 4 slices ripe tomato 4 slices American, Cheddar or Swiss cheese 2 slices bacon, crisply fried and crumbled Place muffin halves, cut side up on a cookie sheet. Top each with a slice of Canadian bacon, tomato and cheese. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 10 minutes or microwave at medium power 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Per serving 210 calories, 13.9 gm protein, 10 gm fat, 15.8 gm carbohydrate, 1020 mg. sodium. |
