1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs (whites only and beaten stiff)
Very little salt

Heat milk to boiling. Sift other ingredients together a number of times and stir into hot milk. Then fold in whites of eggs. Do not flour or grease pan.
