ANGEL BISCUITS 
1 pkg. cake yeast
1 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. lukewarm water
5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add yeast and buttermilk to dry ingredients; chill. When ready to bake, drop from spoon or shape into rolls. Bake about 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
