YEAST ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast in 2 tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk

Sift dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add 1 cup buttermilk. In second cup of buttermilk stir in yeast. Add to first mixture. Put in floured bowl and put in refrigerator. It will keep for a week in refrigerator. Roll out dough about 1/2 inch and cut and bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven.
