ANGEL BISCUITS 
5 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shortening
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. water (warm)
2 c. buttermilk

Combine the first 5 ingredients and cut in shortening. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to the buttermilk, then add to dry ingredients until moist. Cover and chill. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes.
