This is great. Even my five year old ate it. I added cheese and substituted mayo for the mustard. And buttered the bread and grilled it. Fabulous!:-)

My mom used to make Bologna salad sandwiches, you need to have the packaged Oscar Mayer bologna, mayonnaise, relish. Cut up bologna add mayo and relish serve on bread very good quick snack anytime.

Very simple. Use about 3 slices of Lebanon SWEET bologna. Stack the slices and place them in a fry pan over medium heat. At the same time place 2 Eggo waffles in the toaster. When the bologna "curls up", flip it to cook the other side. When it curls on that side it is done. Place between 2 buttered waffles and enjoy.

Here we call our bologna sandwich Red Neck sandwich and have eat them for many many years. Must have white bread,onion,tomato and of the dressings you like. The most asked for is mayo mustard. We get a chub,10 lb stick and slice 1/2 thick and put on the BBq but I will eat any way.

Cool variations on how to make a bologna sandwich!! I actually mix the mayonnaise and musterd together before i spread it on the bread. Its sweet & tangy & real butter is a must for any sandwich!

WOW My fav is Kind of a international type of Sandwich. After all The word sandwich IS not from the USA. Toast 2 slices of wonderbread in a toaster made in china if you can find on. Put 2 pieces cheese cheddar from Italy add one pieces German Bologna in the middle of the cheese (NOW the good part microwave 12 seconds in a 1100 watt microwave (also made in china ) Equals = Grilled cheese sandwich

How about a slice of bologna put some mustard on it roll it up and eat it. No bread required. Yum yum!

You MUST only use Boars Head Bologna to have the ultimate Bologna Sammich! Oh and I use mustard and Mayo (Hellmans only)

Seriously??? Mustard on a bologna sandwich! NEVER...you must always use mayonaise NOT Miracle Whip but good old Hellmann's.

Best way I eat bologna, grab piece take one slice of bread throw some mustard on it, wrap it around like a hotdog bun.
