BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

Fried or cold "boloney" (that is how we say it in the south), Dukes mayo, French's mustard, fresh tomato in the summer, and white bread!! (However, your favorite bread will work!) Tea is definitely the drink of choice to wash it down! Us southern mamas know this one by heart! LOL

When things were tight, we made a variation we called the "Hand Sandwich".
Open refrigerator, place Bologna on open palm of hand, squirt on anything you could find, roll up and enjoy! Clean up was rubbing your hand down the thigh of your jeans...done!

The baloney slice needs to be as thick as the bread. Old spice mustard is the best.

I love this. It really made me laugh! It is so cute. I also loved reading all the other comments as well. I always thought that bologna and hot dogs tasted alike too.

I am so pleased that someone else eats grape jelly on their fried bologna sandwich. When my husband introduced this to me I thought he was nuts and since we are the "show-me" state, he had to. I love it! Just goes to show you that you can't judge a book by its bologna!
