BOLOGNA SANDWICH
Buy some ham or bologna (one pack) and some bread (one loaf) and buy a little jar of mustard. Then you make yourself a bologna sandwich. Put the bread down on the table, put the bologna on it. Spread the mustard on the bologna. Put another piece of bread on the bologna, then eat it with some milk. Then clean up.

This is my sons FAVORITE recipe. His variation is substitute peanut butter for mustard and add a touch of maple syrup. He enjoys this every day!

My husband is from Pittsburgh and they call bologna Jumbo. As a child it was white bread, butter and bologna. As an adult, I did it like my daddy: take 2 slices of bread, put condiment of choice on each slice, put bologna on one slice, cheese on the other. Put it in a toaster oven (bologna & cheese side up) and broil until bologna is crispy around the edges and the cheese has browned. It made the bread warm and soft, yum. And no pan to wash!!

My family attended hundreds of baseball games, either playing or coaching for the quick bite between innings, 1 piece of white bread and 1 piece of bologna only, roll for easy handling. No mess and delicious. Don't forget the Kool-aid.

Mustard is great on bologna, I butter bologna and put bologna on baking sheet sprinkle chili powder and put in broiler until hot makes a very different tasty bologna sandwich. Also for cold bologna sandwiches I put tomatoes and mayo on them. Tastes great!

OK simple. Fry piece of bologna. Immediately place bologna between 2 slices of bread (white or wheat). Immediately while still hot place sandwich in bag, wrap, anything to seal. Let stand till cool - longer the better. Eat. When sealed the flavor of the bologna steams throughout the bread alleviating the need for sauces. Great to take for lunches, picnic's, road trips. Try it you will like it!
