CHOCOLATE-ORANGE PUDDING 
1 box (lg.) chocolate Jello pudding (not instant)
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
Cool Whip

Mix pudding with milk as directed on box; add extract. Cook in microwave for 5 minutes. Remove and stir. Cook for 5 more minutes. Remove and stir. Cook for additional 2 minutes or until pudding is thick.

Put into pudding dishes and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. After cooling, top with Cool Whip and oranges. Serve at once. (Pudding is better when still a little warm but not so warm as to melt the Cool Whip.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
