ORANGE PUDDING 
1 1/2 lbs. soft tofu
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. orange juice concentrate, frozen
3/4 c. sugar or honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Blend in blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into individual serving dishes or a baked pie shell. Chill until firm and serve.
