FAVMILY FAVORITE GROCCHI (BREAD) 
3 c. milk
1/2 c. cream of wheat
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated or very finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
Generous pinch of red pepper

Scald milk. Ad slowly while stirring; cream of wheat, butter and cheese. Stir all together until thick and smooth. DO NOT let boil. Take from heat. Add eggs, salt and red pepper. Put into greased 1-quart casserole. Bake in a preheated 325 to 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes. It's advisable to look at it after 45 minutes cooking time. This has the same texture of spoon bread but so much easier to make. Serves 6.
