SUSAN'S HONEY WHEAT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. (8 oz.) small curd cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. butter
5 1/2 to 6 c. white flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
2 pkg. yeast
1 egg

Heat first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan until very warm (120 to 130 degrees). Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup. Add warm liquid and 2 cups flour and rest of ingredients into large bowl. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. By hand, stir in enough of remaining flour to make stiff dough. Knead about 3 minutes until smooth and elastic. Put in greased bowl, cover; let rise until light, doubled in bulk, about 45 to 60 minutes. Grease (not oil) 2 loaf pans. Punch dough down, divide. Cover, let rise 45 to 60 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
