OLD FASHION HONEY WHEAT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. butter
5 1/2-6 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 egg

1. Heat first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan until warm (120-130 degrees).

2. lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off.

3. Combine warm liquid, 2 cups flour and remaining ingredients in large bowl; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. By hand, stir in remaining flour to make a stiff dough.

4. Knead dough on well floured surface, until smooth and elastic, about 20 minutes. Place in a greased bowl. Cover. Let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size. 45-60 minutes.

5. Grease 2 loaf pans. Punch down dough; divide and shape into 2 loaves. Place in greased pans. Cover; let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 45-60 minutes.

6. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40-50 minutes until deep golden brown and loaves sound hollow when lightly tapped. Immediately remove from pans. If desired, brush with butter.
