OLD FASHIONED HONEY WHEAT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. (8 oz.) cream style cottage cheese
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c butter
5 1/2 - 6 c. all purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. active dry yeast
1 egg

Blend or mix first 4 ingredients until cottage cheese is liquified. Heat this mixture until very warm, 120 to 130 degrees. Combine liquid, 2 cups flour, 1 cup wheat flour and all remaining ingredients. Add remaining flour to make stiff dough. Knead approximately 2 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise until double. Punch down. Make into 2 loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise until double in size. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pans immediately and brush tops with butter.
