1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste (I use Hunts)
1 can refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury Grands)
shredded Mozzarella cheese, for sprinkling

Brown ground beef, drain well.

Mix ground beef, taco seasoning and tomato paste. Prepare pie pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Flatten each biscuit and cover bottom and side of pie pan. Add meat mixture and top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F till biscuits are golden brown.
