WHEAT HONEY BREAD 
2/3 c. skim milk
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unprocessed wheat bran
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter

Mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, all-purpose flour, and salt in mixing bowl. Cut in butter until it is coarse crumbs. Make well in middle; add milk. Stir until moistened. Turn out dough on lightly floured surface; knead until dough sticks together. Cut out biscuits. Cook on ungreased baking sheet for 10 minutes in 450 degree oven. Makes 12.
