HONEY-WHEAT BREAD 
1 1/2 c. of warm water
1 c. (8 oz.) cottage cheese (cream style)
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. butter
5 1/2 to 6 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. dry yeast

Heat first 4 ingredients until very warm. Spoon flour into cup and level off. In bowl combine warm liquid, 2 cups flour and remaining ingredients. Beat with mixer for 2 minutes at medium speed. By hand stir in remaining flour. On well floured board work until smooth (about 2 minutes). Place in greased bowl and let rise until double. Punch down, divide in half and put in two greased loaf pans. Let raise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
