DUMP CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1/2 c. butter
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Dump undrained pineapple into pan; spread evenly. Dump in pie filling and spread into even layer. Dump dry cake mix onto cherry layer; spread evenly. Sprinkle pecans over cake mix. Cut stick of butter into pieces and scatter on top. Bake for 48 to 53 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.
