FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE | |
1 c. flour, sifted 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (No. 2) can fruit cocktail and juice 1 egg 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. pecans Mix flour, sugar, soda, and salt. Add fruit cocktail and egg. Pour into 10-inch greased pan and top with brown sugar and pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. |
