RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries (frozen strawberries may be substituted)
1 c. applesauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. red food coloring

Add Jello to boiling water. Mix in applesauce, raspberries and lemon juice. Add red food coloring and pour into Jello mold and chill.
