2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. Crisco
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water (scant)
2 c. quick oatmeal

Mix together and drop by teaspoons leaving a small dent in each then put jam into center. Over this add a drop of the dough. Bake. A nice Christmas cookie.
