PASTA WITH PESO SAUCE 
2/3 c. packed coarsely chopped basil leaves
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. olive oil
2 tbsp. pine nuts or walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
10 oz. uncooked pasta of your choice
2 tbsp. butter

Process all ingredients except pasta and butter in blender on high speed until mixture is of uniform consistency. Cook pasta as directed. Drain. Toss pasta with basil mixture and butter. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
