PESTO PASTA 
3 c. fresh basil (removed from stems)
2 cloves garlic
6 sprigs parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine everything in a blender on low speed, then medium speed. Thoroughly work everything into a smooth paste. Toss with hot, drained pasta. Salt to taste. May be frozen. Yield: 6 servings.
