PASTA WITH PESTO 
SAUCE:

2 c. fresh basil
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. coarse ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. walnuts
1/2 c. good olive oil

Do not process very long, just until mixed well. Cook 1 pound of linguini, drain well. Mix in Pesto sauce. Serve with freshly grated Romano or Parmesan cheese. Serve with a large green salad and some bread.
