PESTO - CHEESE PASTA BITES 
48 med. size shell macaroni, uncooked
1 c. fresh spinach, firmly packed, drained well
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/3 c. light process cream cheese product
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; let cool. Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Add spinach and next 3 ingredients. Top with cover; process until smooth. Set aside. Place a small amount of cream cheese in each macaroni shell. Top with spinach mixture. Garnish with diced pimento. Makes 48 appetizer servings.
