PEA AND LETTUCE SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn
1 sm. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 can LeSueur peas, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated cheese
8 slices crisp bacon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Layer lettuce, onions, peppers, and peas. Spread mayonnaise on top. Sprinkle with garlic, cheese, and crumbled bacon. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve.
