24 HOUR LETTUCE SALAD | |
1 lg. head lettuce 1/4 c. onion, diced fine 1/4 c. celery, sliced thin 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced 1 pkg. frozen peas (11 oz.), not cooked or thawed 1 c. Weight Watchers mayonnaise 3 pkgs. Sweet & Low 8 tsp. Parmesan cheese 8 tsp. imitation bacon bits Shred lettuce in large serving bowl. Sprinkle next 3 ingredients over top in order and in layers. Break peas apart and sprinkle all over. Spread on mayonnaise. Sprinkle on Sweet & Low. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly and refrigerate 24 hours. Before serving, top with bacon bits. Mix well. Serves 8. |
