ROMAINE LETTUCE SALAD 
Romaine lettuce
Green onions, chopped
Almonds, slivered
Mandarin oranges (1 can) drained

Heat to melt in teflon pan: 1 tbsp. & 1 tsp. sugar

Remove from pan. Let cool.

Tear Romaine lettuce into bite-size pieces, add chopped green onions. When ready to serve add almonds and oranges. Add dressing.

DRESSING:

1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of red pepper sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. parsley
Dash pepper

Cool refreshing salad.
