APPLE CRISP 
8 lg. apples, (McIntosh)
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Peel and slice apples and layer in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with half the mixture of cinnamon and brown sugar. Combine sugar, flour, egg, salt, and baking powder. Spread over apples. Spread on the rest of the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Pour the melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.
